What is Clockology on iPhone?

Yes, you can add the Clockology complication to any of Apple’s stock watch faces. This will allow you to quickly launch the app. Also use the in-app filter and select complications for a full screen shortcut.
How do I use Clockology?
On the Watch app on iPhone, go to General, Return to Clock, and scroll down and click Clockology in the apps section. For Return to clock, choose Custom and After 1 hour. This allows the Clockology app to stay on as long as it detects your wrist movement. You’re ready to sync new watchfaces to your watch!
